Cyprotel Florida Hotel

The hotel looks very new, and the breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety. We also enjoyed excellent food and great cocktails at the pool bar. Staff were friendly and helpful. We'll be back in September.

Our one-bedroom apartment at Cyprotel Florida Hotel had recently been renovated, with modern, comfortable furniture and finishes. Best of all was the private balcony and its fantastic sea view. There was plenty of parking on site for our rental. The front desk team made us feel welcome right away. They were available whenever we needed help and arranged our early check-in and late checkout requests. They also went out of their way to help celebrate my wife's birthday, which made the stay feel special. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with lots of fresh, delicious choices. The dining area was spotless, and the attentive service staff kept things replenished and greeted us with a smile. We couldn't have asked for a better mix of comfort and hospitality. We'd gladly return. Highly recommended.

I arrived in Ayia Napa with my 9-year-old daughter and no place to stay after a terrible Airbnb experience. I made a last-minute booking at Cyprotel Florida Hotel through Revolut, and got there just 6-10 minutes after confirming it. The receptionist, Aliki, welcomed me warmly. She was so kind and genuinely happy to help. My key was ready, I filled in one quick form, got clear instructions, and was heading to the room within minutes. For a booking made so last minute, that service was amazing. Room 210 was beautiful, spotless, just like the photos, and had the view we'd been promised. I was so happy with it. Late on the first night, I called reception for an extra blanket. A friendly gentleman answered and it was at my door in 2-3 minutes. Everyone we met was welcoming. Roy and Melina were especially warm and helpful. My daughter loved Roy, who greeted us kindly whenever we passed, and she kept talking about how friendly he was. We also had a lovely brief chat with Melina in the elevator on our way out to dinner. She was a beautiful soul. On our last morning, my daughter begged me to ask for a late check-out so she could swim once more before we went home. I hesitated because it was a last-minute request, but the receptionist and manager on duty were happy to help. They were wonderful too, though I'm sorry I didn't catch their names. I'm very observant, and I noticed how well the staff and management worked together to keep standards high. It's a strong, coordinated team, and Roy and Melina clearly go above and beyond for guests. Congratulations to everyone. I've stayed in many hotels, and this was one of my best experiences. I'd highly recommend it and will definitely return.

The view from our room was fabulous, and the rooms are very spacious and recently renovated. It's a three-minute drive from the city's noisy main area. The pool was very clean, with really warm water, although it hasn't been renovated as recently. We had a DJ by the pool on Saturday, which was very cool. My kids would rather swim at the hotel than go to Nissi beach, the best beach in whole Cyprus. Breakfast had enough choices.
