If you're Israeli, stay away from this place. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with disgust and disrespect. The staff looked at us as if we were a burden and spoke as though letting us stay was a favor, even though we paid over 10,000 shekels. They yelled at us multiple times, and one of them pushed one of the kids. They also turned off the air conditioner at night as punishment because we’d accidentally left it on. We were sweating and couldn’t sleep until we shouted at them to turn it back on. We paid for five nights but left after three. The antisemitism, aggression, and humiliating treatment made this by far the worst place we’ve stayed in Ayia Napa. It’s an experience we won’t forget.

My cousin and I stayed for 1 week, and we loved the Maria Zintili Appartment. The owners were friendly and helpful, gave us lots of presents, and checked every day that everything was okay. We were grateful for how helpful the hosts were, and everything about the stay was wonderful. They were extremely nice and kind. The room was very spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need, including beach towels. The central location suited us, and being near the bars wasn’t a problem. It’s far from the beach, but the nice beaches are farther from the center anyway. We rented a car and had no trouble parking nearby.

We had a studio with everything we needed, and you can cook there if you want, though we didn’t. The property was spotless, and the owners were very helpful with tips on where to go and how to get there. Every afternoon when we came back, there’d be cake and goodies waiting for us, such a lovely surprise. It felt like staying with family. We really enjoyed our stay, and the couple who run the place made it one we won’t forget. Thank you. Excellent 👌👌👌

The room was roomy and clean, and we had everything we needed. Housekeeping came regularly, and it was a lovely surprise to find sweets and water in the room on most days. There’s a street with clubs nearby, which is the one drawback, but with so much else going for the stay, it didn’t bother us much.
