We had a fabulous few days at Napa Gem Suites by Luxel Villas. The apartment was modern, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The bed was huge and very comfortable, the private terrace was a lovely place to unwind, and the large shared pool was rarely busy, so it almost felt like our own. That was the real gem. Some details took away from the luxury feel: the walls and curtains were dirty, and some towels were very old. At one point, the door code wouldn't lock properly. A staff member was around but was unhelpful and surprisingly rude, even though we were visibly stressed that we couldn't leave with our belongings inside. The problem was eventually fixed, but there was no apology or compensation. We'd still consider returning for the excellent apartment itself, though not for the service. Just don't expect a full luxury experience or top-notch service. For a beautiful, practical place to stay in Ayia Napa, it's a solid choice.

The pool was wonderful, and the private deck felt heavenly. The area was quiet but still close to restaurants and shopping. We had everything we needed, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. It was the best bed we've had in two months of travel.

The apartment was spacious, with a very comfortable large bed and a big balcony. It was cleaned thoroughly and regularly, and the staff were very helpful. The pool was good and easy to access, and there are shops and restaurants nearby. We had an excellent two-week holiday at Napa Gem and got back two days ago. The kitchen works, though it has minimal equipment and met nearly all our needs. You might want to bring a corkscrew for wine and a funnel and filter papers for coffee if you don't like pods.
