We stayed with friends and had a great time. The place felt safe and comfortable, and the views were lovely both in daylight and at night. It’s right in central Ayia Napa, so getting around on foot was easy. I’d recommend it for a convenient, enjoyable stay.

The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, but the service was poor. Housekeeping came every third day, which was fine, but they didn't change the sheets or really clean. They just took the rubbish and left fresh towels. The worst part was Tommy's Pub across the road. Karaoke every night was so loud until around 2am that we couldn't sleep even with the windows shut. The last couple of nights were unbearable.

The apartment was okay overall and generally clean, but it wasn't what it was advertised to be. It's on a very busy street, and noise from the nearby pubs and karaoke bar carried on at night. The electricity didn't work properly for the first four days. I reported it several times, and it took a few days to get fixed. The safe deposit box never worked at all. They cleaned every third day and changed the towels, but the bed sheets weren't changed during our stay.

We booked this amazing rep bedroom suite for our friends and us, and had a great time. It's a beautiful, modern suite with a nice balcony. The staff were excellent, and we enjoyed the stay. Looking forward to our next visit to the nspian suites.

The place is spacious and not too far from the beach, with a nice central location. It just wasn't as clean as I'd have liked.
