The welcome was lovely from the moment we arrived. Andreas left us coffee, tea, juice and a sweet welcome note, such a caring touch. The apartment is bright, spacious and thoughtfully equipped, with a coffee machine, toaster, all the kitchen basics and even an iron. We enjoyed having breakfast on the big balcony, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The most beautiful beach is under a 10-minute walk away, which made everything even better. It’s spotless and cozy, and really does feel like home. We’d happily return ✨

That balcony overlooking the pool is a lovely place to watch the sunrise or sunset. Inside, the apartment feels like a home, with a big kitchen, laundry machine and everything needed for a short or long stay. It looks renovated throughout, with modern fixtures and nice details, and the beds are genuinely comfortable, which can be hit or miss in Airbnb places. Andreas was friendly, helpful and quick to respond. You can walk to what you need, but the apartment isn't right on the busy resort strip. It was one of the nicest Airbnb apartments I've stayed in, especially for the reasonable price. I didn't want to leave.

We had a memorable holiday and would happily return. Narcissos ‘Nissi Beach’ Apartment E9 in Ayia Napa Cyprus was just as good as it looked in the photos, and the large pool and kids pool were great. Nissi Beach is only a five-minute walk away. Andreas greeted us and was quick to reply to my messages and calls. I'd recommend staying in any of Andrea’s apartments. The location made it easy to get around, with Nissi beach a couple of minutes away and shops and bars close by. It was still quiet. The e9 apartment was spacious, spotless and freshly refurbished to a high standard, and everything went smoothly from check-in through check-out. Andreas was a great host, very helpful with my questions and knowledgeable about restaurants and things to do nearby. I'd give six stars if I could, and I'll definitely come back as soon as I can. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 12 nights at the end of August and beginning of September 23. The balcony is a great size and looks over the pool. The apartment was lovely, modern and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and really good air con in every room. The host was lovely too. I'd definitely stay here again.
