The all inclusive food choices were great, though the food could have been hotter. The service manager and Vlad paid close attention to customer satisfaction. Robin at the bar was jolly and attentive, while the guy on the later bar shift was miserable. The rooms are comfortable, but the walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything from miles away. Oddly, the only toilets are on the basement floor and by the pool, with none in the restaurant or lobby.

The noise made it hard to rest. A theme park next door runs loudly from about 5 PM to 1 AM, and on some days staff started trimming trees and working in the garden around 4 PM. There was also shouting, loud conversation and running in the main hallway near most rooms. It often felt more like a student dorm than a hotel. The hotel is okay overall and well located, with everything you might need nearby. Rooms were fine and generally clean, though towels should be replaced daily. Breakfast was decent with a fair variety. Reception staff were polite and could deal with basic requests, but not much beyond that. If noise doesn't bother you, it may be alright, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting peace and quiet.

The food was exciting and really good, and the staff were polite and professional. RaVii, I think that was his name, was a great bartender. He went the extra mile and made the stay memorable for me and my family, giving us the vacation we wanted. The hotel has nice facilities and is close to both the beach and town center. I'd give it 10/10 for anyone considering Aiya Napa.

I'm vegan and they were very accommodating. I emailed two weeks before my stay to ask about food, and they provided vegan cheese, yogurt and sausages. They still serve animals for breakfast and such, but at least they were helpful and provided peaceful dietary choices. 👍🏻🤙🏻
