Nissi Adonis Suites

Jade, one of the owners, brought us eight large bottles of mineral water when we arrived and even offered to drive us to the airport when we left. She was a lovely host. Our spacious room at Adonis suites had an ocean view, with a well-equipped bathroom and kitchen, plus A/C in both rooms. We also got a pretty sweet deal, which made the stay even better. We had a very positive time, and it added a lot to our visit to Ayia Napa. Thanks for having us!

The apartments have a pool and gym, and the service from the staff was great. Cafes and restaurants are all around, while the city center is about 10 minutes away. The bus stop just behind the apartments goes to Cyprus's main cities and beaches, so it was very convenient. A very nice place, highly recommended.

The listing photos didn't match the actual suites. Our rooms were on the third floor, and we had to carry our heavy luggage up ourselves. The doors and windows didn't close properly or feel secure, and one night we couldn't sleep because people were arguing loudly. The rooms were very dirty and felt unsafe. We asked for a late check-in, but just some guy handed us the keys. There was no reception or service. The gym and pool were a kilometer away from the apartments, despite the pictures making them seem part of the place.

The suites were so bad I couldn't stay even one night. They weren't worth the price, and I wouldn't stay there for free. If I could, I'd give zero stars. The blankets, towels, and bathroom were dirty, and the rooms looked nothing like the pictures or reviews that had convinced me. They were on the third floor of some building, with no service, support, or manager available for our needs, only random workers trying to help. For our late-night arrival, I could only reach someone through Booking and had to wait 15 minutes by the road for a man with the keys. I found the manager's contact the next day, explained how disappointed I was, and left as soon as possible. The gym and pool were also very far away.
