The hotel was okay, though I wouldn't call it platinum. The food was bland, and the sunbed situation was dire, with towels already laid out in the middle of the night. Is it the 1970s? Get a grip. My wife has muscular dystrophy, and we plan our holidays a year ahead like a military operation. We were on the fifth floor, with lift access, but I was uneasy about her being up there. When I asked about an evacuation chair, reception went completely silent. They did provide a shower stool, but it collapsed on our second day. My wife was left on the shower floor, thankfully unhurt, and I was there to help. The screws were rusted and rotten. I reported it at reception, but the receptionist was the rudest, least sympathetic person I've met, and I lost my temper. The stool was replaced, our brilliant TUI rep was informed, and the hotel let us keep the room until departure as compensation. Thanks.

The staff were all really friendly, which added a lot to the stay. The beach is stunning, though the room is looking worn and could use a refresh or renovation. Otherwise the hotel was solid, with no major complaints.

We had a hassle-free, pleasant visit and would stay here again. The location made it easy to get around, and our clean room had what we needed to be comfortable. Staff were welcoming and professional, and it was good value.

The suites are spacious, with a great view and access to Nissi Beach, and I'd happily come back. The resort sits right on what I think is the island's best beach. You can walk to some beach restaurants, and there's also a themed restaurant on site. Great location.

We had a lovely, quiet seven-night stay, and the hotel guests were mostly older, 40 and up, like us. The food was fantastic throughout, and our room was great. Housekeeping came daily and kept it very clean. The mature gardens were lovely too. Being so close to the beach was a real plus. The water was clean, calm, and shallow quite far out, which felt safe. Our 11-year-old spent the whole week snorkeling in the sea by the rocky outcrop. We were very impressed and would recommend the resort and return.
