Pan Marie Apartments

The pictures give a completely misleading impression. The room and hotel looked much better online than in reality, and I was disappointed as soon as I walked in. The noise from the bar underneath was constant. The bathroom was tiny and filthy, with old soap residue that nearly made me slip. There was no shower pressure, so rinsing off soap and shampoo was impossible. The floor was dirty, and there were no shelves for toiletries. The air conditioning was set so I couldn't change it, and I got pneumonia from it. I've stayed in plenty of hotels, but this was the worst I've ever been to. Stay away!

We were five boys visiting the apartments and didn't expect to find two strangers sharing our room. In that first apartment, the shower couldn't be used because cables were hanging from the wall. We were moved several times during the week to places with better facilities, so credit to the hosts for sorting that out. They were helpful in other ways too. I had trouble with my boarding pass and they let me use the reception computer. For the final night they made up for the problems with the first room by giving us a very upscale double bedroom and sofa lounge area. I'd suggest PM apartments communicate more with guests before they arrive, which might prevent confusion about the rooms. Many thanks to the staff, and I hope the summer goes well.

The photos look fake, like they were taken at another location. The rooms were old and dirty, with dirty towels and linen and a bad smell. The air conditioning wasn't clean either. It's quite dark in there. The place is in a nightclub area, so it gets very noisy until about 3 o'clock.

The phone number is wrong, so I can't get in touch with the hotel. There's no email address and no correct phone number.
