The hotel is in an excellent spot for getting to beaches around Ayia Napa and nearby. The bus stop is right outside, and the city centre is only a five-minute walk. In front of the hotel there’s a small rocky beach. Water shoes are recommended for getting in, though you can manage without them if you’re careful. We stayed in a renovated sea-view room in the main building, with quiet and the sound of the waves. The food was excellent, and I think this hotel deserves more than three stars. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay, with clean, well-kept rooms and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to everything but still calm and relaxing. Big thanks to Olga, Violeta, Elene, and the rest of the team. Everyone was kind, helpful, professional, and ready to assist with whatever we needed. The service was excellent, and we’ll definitely return! 🌞

The manager went above and beyond when the room we arrived to didn’t match the travel agent’s description. We were worried because we’d read reviews about similar situations, but she helped us upgrade and had another room ready at short notice. She kept us updated whenever she saw us. The new room was incredible, with an amazing ocean view and air conditioning that actually worked, unlike at most hotel resorts. Sheets, towels, and anything else we needed were replenished daily. We were there for our anniversary, and the manager kindly gave us two free drinks. From arrival through the whole stay, the staff were incredible and made us feel at home. We’ll return in May for a longer stay.

Breakfast and dinner were good, but drinks aren’t served with dinner and are available to buy. If that’s the hotel’s rule, fine. But stopping parents with small children from bringing a bottle of water from their room is really bad. The hygiene was terrible. Our room was dirty, with hair and dirt on the sheets. The hotel itself was poorly kept too. The corridor hadn’t been cleaned for days, and there were cigarettes, bottles, and papers on the stairs.

From July 8-14, 2025, I stayed at Piere Anne Beach Hotel on my own and had a great time. The sea-side location was perfect, the food was delicious, and the professional, helpful staff made everything comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in Ayia Napa 🌊✨
