All-inclusive was a great choice for me, with delicious food and drinks. There's a buffet restaurant and a fancier one where you can have one three-course meal free, and that was incredible. The resort has several pools, plus a hot tub and sauna. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and the location is perfect, with the beach a 10-minute walk away. There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby, and a theme park is five minutes on foot. Such a lovely holiday spot. I'd love to return, and highly recommend it.

The staff are nice, and the beach is a two-minute walk away, though it's rocky rather than sandy. Breakfast is great, with lots to choose from. There are three pools, two outdoors and one indoors, plus an indoor sauna and whirlpool. The rooms are a little dated but do the job for a stay. Stray cats may come by for pets, 10/10.

Don't stay here. This is the worst hotel experience I've had so far. When we got to the room, the sheets were torn and the pillowcases dirty, with blood on one of them. There was pubic hair on top of the toilet and dirt on the outside of the bowl. Reception wouldn't move us and said they were fully booked, which their website showed wasn't true. Housekeeping did come and deal with the things we'd pointed out. But then we tried to shower and got only cold water from both the shower and sink taps. The shower was blocked, so the bathroom flooded every time I used it. When I complained, reception gave the impression they didn't care, even though hot water is a basic need. I also found lots of dusty webs under the desk where the bin was. The location is handy for Ayia Napa, but you have to be okay with hearing the fairground until midnight. There's mould on the ceiling in the reception lobby too. Hygiene and customer care were poor, and the hotel didn't seem to care when we complained or had a bad experience. I booked through a third party and haven't received a refund. Hopefully the hotel might offer compensation after reading this.

The a la carte restaurant is well worth a visit. The salmon and steak were amazing, and the mustard sauce made the salmon the best I've ever tasted. Andrea, the older man who served us there, was so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely chat about family values, and he made the meal special for my wife and me. We tipped him well. We stayed for a week from 21 September. The staff welcomed us warmly from arrival through to departure and were always happy to help. The hotel is laid out in small blocks, which I liked, while my wife prefers a traditional layout. She still enjoyed her stay and got used to it. Our room was very large and had everything it should, though some bits need touching up. In room 4313, the shower silicone could do with being renewed and tidied. The television wasn't plugged in and had the wrong plug, but we don't use it, so it was just something to mention. Food was really nice, varied every night, and we enjoyed every meal. The pool was clean and good on the day we used it, though we're more interested in the beach and sea. The location is great, close to what you need and within walking distance of some lovely beaches. The entertainment wasn't good, so we went for walks each night. The outdoor entertainment area needs a rethink in how it's laid out, with more seating if they want people to use it. One staff member who deserves recognition is Veronica, the young woman with glasses in the dining area. She worked tirelessly, was cheerful, chatty, and polite with us all day. We tipped her well when we left, but she nearly cried and didn't want to accept it. We insisted. My only other concern was the female cleaning staff. They knocked and then entered our room, which felt odd when we wanted a lie-in and could have been undressed or doing something they didn't need to see. It would be better if they waited a moment after knocking to see whether anyone answered. Apart from those small issues, we really enjoyed the week and would return. We love Cyprus with all our heart. Thanks for a great holiday, and we hope to see you again early or late next season. Terry & Anita

The only decent part was the bar, and that couldn't make up for the bad food, poor cleaning, and disrespectful treatment. I strongly advise people to avoid this hotel. The meals were awful, with nearly the same dishes every day, often cold, and old fruit. There was very little choice, far below what you'd expect. Cleaning was poor too. Some days nobody came, and when they did, they just made the bed quickly and left. The room never felt fresh or properly clean. Staff were one of the biggest problems. A few receptionists were polite, but others were disrespectful and unprofessional. Our flight was delayed, and two staff members said it was fine for us to stay longer. At checkout, a receptionist shouted at us aggressively instead of listening to our explanation. She even admitted she was being rude, saying, “yes, I know.” When I asked to speak with the manager, she initially had the same rude attitude. I told her I wouldn't accept her colleague's tone and that the behavior was wrong. She laughed instead of taking it seriously, which felt extremely disrespectful. Only after we explained everything did she realize it wasn't our fault, and we weren't charged extra. The whole situation was so unpleasant that we left immediately.
