The photos online look lovely, but the reality was a disaster. Cockroaches were everywhere, the sheets weren't changed, and only the towels were replaced. We were robbed after neighbors next door broke into our room, according to the security camera footage I asked to see. There is no real security here. We reported the theft to the police, but when they came to check the footage, the manager literally ran away. Later, he said it wasn't his fault and he wouldn't pay for anything. When I raised the issue, he acted as if the problem was only that we didn't like the room. The balcony door sometimes locked and sometimes didn't. When we reported it, we were told that was normal and nothing could be done. Breakfast cost an extra €7.50 and was exactly the same every day. The pans and pots were scratched, there was no microwave, and many basic kitchen items were missing. They didn't even provide salt. When we asked for a little, despite small packets being available in the dining area, they wanted to charge us €0.80. This is a serious warning. Don't put yourself in an unsafe situation or risk having your money stolen.

The location was good, on a quiet street near Nissi avenue and several beaches. We visited in low season, when it was much cheaper than usual, and the quality was very good for the price. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette worked properly. The hairdryer and shower with hot water were handy, too. The cleaning lady came by each morning, so we had clean towels and everything we needed.

The only thing I'd change is the small terrace. The place has what you need, and staff were fast, helpful, and friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily, and it was usually quiet at night. With the terrace open, you can hear the street cleaning truck in the morning, and as usual, you might hear loud people in other apartments, but that's not really the hotel's responsibility. The building has an elevator, and I'm sure the entrance is suitable for disabled people. It's a little uphill, though not a steep climb. The pool and reception are in the next building, Mia apartments. You can get the safe key at reception with a €10 deposit. Recommended.

The room was clean and nice, and breakfast was okay. While we were out, the cleaner left the balcony door open. That was unnerving after reading the other reviews about theft, though thankfully we got off lucky.
