The apartments are somewhat old-fashioned, but the location and service are really good. There's no elevator, though the staff will help with luggage. We enjoyed the balcony with its ocean view, the pool area, and the restaurant.

The staff were friendly and did what they could to help, and the location in Ayia Napa was good. Still, it felt like there was an extra charge for everything: breakfast and A/C both cost more, and there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom.

The location and landscape are about all this place has going for it. It isn't family friendly, the rooms stink of mold, and there's a night club next door. The outlets didn't work, the ceiling looked like it might cave in and had signs of mold. I was even charged €8 for an air conditioning remote. The photos bore little resemblance to the room we got.

The cleaning ladies deserve 10 plus marks, they came in every day, and both the pool and table service were very good. The room itself was a letdown: small, with old furnishings and only a new TV. I stayed for a week and wasn't satisfied. Charging €8 a day or €55 for air conditioning was especially disappointing. 😉👍

The room felt like it hadn't been renovated in decades, and the furniture was falling apart. The chair wobbled so badly it seemed ready to collapse. The shower was filthy and covered in limescale, with hardly any water pressure, and at 6 AM the water was ice cold. You're also expected to put toilet paper in a small bin beside the toilet instead of flushing it. In a hotel? Completely unacceptable. Never again, this place is a joke.
