Sunprime Ayia Napa Suites - Adults Only

The location worked well for us, an easy walk into town and about 10 minutes to the sea. The staff were caring and very nice. Our room was huge and newly renovated, which made it easy to relax. I was surprised to see the hotel listed as three stars, since it felt better than most four-star places. Highly recommend it.

The food was delicious throughout our stay, and each meal was nicely presented. The chef clearly puts care into it. The restaurant team were friendly and attentive, always ready with help, a recommendation, or a response to a special request. The manager deserves a special thank you for going out of his way to make guests feel welcome and looked after. At Sunprime Ayia Napa Suites, the restaurant staff made us feel valued at every meal. This was the best service we've had on a vacation. We can't wait to return!

The staff made me feel at home in a way I don't usually get at hotels. The night reception team even had snacks and drinks waiting when we arrived at 2am. Lone & Natasha at reception during the day, and Yianni from the service staff, also really stood out. The hotel is peaceful, close to the centre, and great for traveling without children. The rooms are excellent, and the place is very clean, with a massive swimming pool and entertainment. It feels above the usual three-star standard. Great staff!

Breakfast had all kinds of choices and was fantastic. The restaurant was good too, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade to a one-bedroom unit with a living area and fully equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There's also a handy mini market in the lobby, open 24 hours with reasonable prices. The pool area gets plenty of sun. We'll be back!
