Naren, Andreas and Vasilis welcomed us so warmly, and the team was amazing throughout. They even arranged a 5pm late check out when we asked. The room was clean and the location amazing. Exceptional, to say the least. A big thank you to the whole team! -Christiana

Mosquitoes filled the room, and I ended up with several bites all over my legs. The air conditioning was extremely weak and took many hours to make the room even slightly cool, which was very uncomfortable in summer. The facilities and comfort were far below what I expected. It was a very disappointing stay, and I wouldn't choose this hotel again or recommend it based on my experience.

The rooms were tidy and clean, and the employees were cheerful and helpful from check-in right through to check-out. Amazing place, we'll visit again!

We went with our baby, who was just three months old, and the staff told us our little one was their youngest guest ever. That was cute and memorable. I especially remember a helpful woman whose name I've forgotten. I noticed she was left-handed, as I am too. The room was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, with great amenities. The staff were welcoming, professional, and ready to help from check-in to check-out. The location made it easy to explore the area, and we appreciated the attention to detail and high standard of service. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay, including for anyone travelling with a baby.
