The only thing this place has going for it is being near the nightlife strip. My room was unfinished when I arrived, with dust everywhere, even inside the electrical outlets. There was barely any water pressure in the shower, and the roof leaked on one side, leaving the room damp and uncomfortable. Worse, there was live electrical current in the shower mixer while I was bathing. That is life-threatening negligence, and someone could be electrocuted. We were woken every morning by loud drilling while other rooms in the building were being renovated. During the stay, nobody cleaned the room, changed the sheets, or provided basic service. The owner ignored messages, and the only staff member supposedly responsible for two whole buildings did nothing to fix things. This place is unsafe, unsanitary, unbearably noisy, and run by people who seem not to care whether guests live or die. It should not be operating. Stay far away.

Avoid this place. There was no reception, and I waited more than 20 minutes for a man to show up. The internet was very poor, and in my eight nights there, nobody came to change the sheets. I might not have written all this, but they suddenly asked me for a €250 deposit when I arrived. It had never been mentioned, and I hadn't known about it. It felt like a classic attempt at fraud. There are definitely better options.

Our accommodation was cancelled at the last minute, just one day before we were due to leave, for our 07/10-07/19/2025 trip. The host said it was because of renovations. We never got a response to our complaint, which was completely unprofessional. Why arrange renovations in the middle of summer, and why not tell guests sooner? It seems the booking provider wasn't informed either. We had to sort everything out ourselves, and finding another place so late was extremely difficult. Reviews on this listing that are negative also seem to disappear. Better book somewhere proper. Don't book this apartment.
