Zoi ayia Napa hotel

The pool is small, but just right for kids and a nice extra. The location is handy for everything while still being quiet and peaceful. Owners and staff are friendly, helpful, and make you feel comfortable throughout your stay. We had a very pleasant time and would gladly return.

I can't recommend this hotel. The rooms were dirty when I arrived, with garbage still in some of them, and the bathrooms clearly hadn't been disinfected. Housekeeping didn't come the next day. After I complained at reception, they finally showed up, but the replacement towels were dirty too. When I went back to ask for clean ones, the receptionist looked annoyed and said towels are changed every two days, even though mine had been dirty from the start. The hotel itself is decent and the rooms are spacious, but in my opinion it isn't a four-star hotel. The staff's attitude and the poor hygiene made this a place I wouldn't recommend.

The place was really dirty, with sticky floors, a bad smell, and dirty sheets. We showed the manager, but he didn't care. It's near the center, though in a bad neighborhood, and the hotel looks different from the photos.

We stayed three months and were very happy. The owner and his wife are on site and very helpful, and the restaurant was handy for a quick meal when we were tired. The food and service were good. Our suite had a bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette, though we only used the microwave and fridge. There was a nice patio to sit on in the evenings, plus a very sweet kitty who visited every day. She'd have ignored us if I hadn't liked petting her. All in all, a great place to stay while exploring Cyprus.
