10/10
The kids had a brilliant time at the Kids Club, which was easily a 10/10 for activities, staff, and atmosphere. One thing that would help parents is a snack stand or small bar by the club pool, since getting drinks and snacks currently means walking quite a distance. We were there as a family with three young children, and after the first few days I felt I could give an honest account. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. There was a misunderstanding about our children early on, but management dealt with it professionally, apologized, and worked hard to make the rest of our holiday enjoyable. We appreciated that care. The meals, pools, beach, and entertainment were all excellent, and we made lovely family memories. Thanks to the whole team for looking after us. We'd be glad to return and would recommend it to families.

The poolside service could use a few more staff so orders arrive faster. Aside from that, my family and I came home really happy. We loved the hotel's size and facilities, the kids club, the slides, and even the casino in the evening. The food was delicious, and we had a wonderful holiday.

I stayed here four years ago and would like to come back. My room was spacious, with a balcony and a wonderful sea view. I also enjoyed the well-equipped, roomy gym.

10/10
The grounds were green and beautifully kept, and everything was spotlessly clean. Room service was quick, polite, and dependable, and the food changed each day, stayed delicious, and never got dull. We'd just come back from a week here and were delighted. The service throughout was friendly and professional. Denis, the manager, was especially kind and helpful, and made a real difference to our stay. We had a perfect visit, highly recommend the hotel, and would love to return.
