The views are hard to beat, and the pool and other facilities are enough for a short, relaxing break. Staff were as helpful as they could be. It isn't five star service, but the prices aren't five star either. Our room had several small issues, including broken lights. The black stone steps look nice, but get dangerously hot very quickly, so don't walk on them barefoot. The entrance ramp was the main concern: there's a big speed bump right at its crest, and it scraped the underside of our ordinary Ford Focus both times we drove in. Our older car only got a small scratch on the subframe, with no obvious damage, but keep it in mind if you don't want to risk your car.

We had an apartment with a balcony, good-sized rooms, full furnishings, a flat-screen TV in the living room, and air conditioning in every room. There are lots of lovely places to visit nearby. It's a peaceful spot in the mountains, though not very high up. Renting a car is the best way to get there, and the amazing views make it worth it. Highly recommend!

The only thing I wish they'd improve is giving guests who aren't from Cyprus some basic instructions. For instance, you need to switch on the “hot water” button and then wait 30-40 minutes before there's a noticeable amount of hot water. Otherwise, it's hard to find any major downsides, apart from the slopes you have to travel along to reach your room. The houses are small and neat, clearly new, and we had no leaks or anything like that.

The apartments are spacious, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There are a couple of wonderful restaurants about an eight-minute drive away. Eating at the property isn't always possible, though, which could be awkward if you don't have a car or would rather stay in.
