I had to find somewhere else urgently because I felt unwell without air conditioning, and I never got a refund for the time I wasn't living there. The problems started around the contract. I later found the same listing at a different price. The apartment manager Loukas said it was a mistake, but then they tried to bill me €500 for one month of electricity. It turned out the bill was for another Loukas, who had been living in the apartment without the owner's consent. The lights also went out because they had never been checked and the fuse box was rusty. Later the air conditioner broke, and it wasn't repaired for two months. When I asked about it, I was told one air conditioner was enough and it wasn't a big deal. The owner, Max, lives in Italy and didn't care about the apartment or help me. The manager Loukas was rude, unhelpful, and tried to threaten me. I caught him lying repeatedly and giving me information that wasn't true. The upstairs jacuzzi leaked too, so it had to be refilled each time.
