The price felt high for what we got, so either the experience needs to improve or the cost should come down. The views are fantastic, and the stone village has a lot of charm. It was also cooler up there, which we enjoyed. Our room was clean, fine, and had a nice view, while breakfast was just okay and could have been better. The staff were friendly, though on our last day we could hear an argument among them throughout the hotel, which made for an unpleasant atmosphere. Latsi is only a 15-minute drive away, and it was 10 degrees hotter there. We stayed for two nights and had a good time, just not an excellent one for the price.

There was dust all over the room, and it smelled. The beds were very old and uncomfortable, with only single beds and no doubles. The room door wouldn't lock, and service was poor or absent. Breakfast was very tidy. The playground is dangerous.

The balcony was roomy, and we liked sitting there in the evening breeze. Our room was cozy and well kept, a comfortable place to come back to after walking the mountain trails. From the hotel, the Polis beaches were about a 10-minute drive away, and the sea views over Polis were wonderful. The setting felt like a peaceful retreat, surrounded by beautiful nature in the mountains. The staff welcomed us warmly and were kind and attentive throughout. We also enjoyed the fresh local meals and the charming shared spaces. It was a memorable stay, and we'd love to come back for another quiet break.

The owner was so kind and helpful, and the staff were great too. The room was comfortable and well equipped, and the surroundings were beautiful. We had a really good stay and would come back for longer next time. Definitely recommend it.

The pool wasn't clean, and the buffet was very poor. They put the food onto your plate, which felt a bit like prison food in the movies. The female owner wasn't polite at all. She gave us ice for our drinks but wouldn't give us glasses, then said at checkout that there was no charge for the ice. Seriously, do guests get charged for ice?
