The reception team welcomed us so warmly, and the whole hotel staff were kind, respectful, and professional. The service, safety, and food were excellent, and our week here was truly amazing and beautiful. The animation team was wonderful during both morning activities and pool games. They were friendly, respectful, and full of positive energy. Special thanks to Kseniia and Ala Eddine for treating us so kindly during the morning and evening events, water competitions, and pool games. They supported us throughout the trip and helped us enjoy our time so much. I also want to thank Mariela at the dining hall entrance. She was warm and helpful, and recommended places we could visit. Everyone made our vacation special and unforgettable. Honestly, it was one of the best trips I've ever had. I hope to come back as soon as possible, and I'll miss them all very much. The WiFi around the hotel grounds and beach has been excellent, with no glitches, and the room TV gets the usual international news channels without buffering. The building, pools, and gardens are extremely clean and well cared for. Rooms are spotless, with bedding and towels changed daily. All the staff have been working tremendously hard to get the amenities ready for summer, from painting to moving hundreds of new beach loungers, umbrellas, and bases. Well done.

It's the kindness of the whole team that makes this one of the best hotels I've experienced, along with service that's truly five star. As a tourism professional, I believe in personalizing the guest experience, and I can highly recommend staying here if you want to feel looked after and supported. The service was uneven and often below an acceptable standard. Staff would sometimes keep chatting among themselves while guests waited for answers or help. During the New Year period, the hotel felt seriously overcrowded, chaotic, and stressful, and machinery noise near the rooms made it hard to rest. For a European 5-star property, this fell short of what I expected. Bathrobes and in-room coffee, basic amenities at this level, had to be requested. The room Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable, so I had to keep turning it off and on to reconnect. English-language TV channels were very limited, and they couldn't provide packed breakfast for our early departure. The experience was disappointing and at times uncomfortable. It may suit guests with lower expectations.
