The view is breathtaking, and the rooms are both attractive and practical, with a modern, minimal look. I’ve stayed three times, and each room felt thoughtfully designed. The gym is excellent, with a small sauna too, and they provide fresh fruit, water, and towels at no charge. Breakfast is limited in selection, though what’s served is very good. I’ve had a wonderful stay each time.

We left feeling rested after just four days, and we’ll be back. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and our room on the 21st floor was spacious, clean, and tidy. My wife found the bed a bit hard, but it was just right for me. The soundproofing made it ideal for sleeping, and the air conditioning was quiet. Breakfast was enough for us, with fresh food every day, though it wasn’t put out until 07.30, which could be a problem for some guests.

The room itself was nice, but the windows were dirty and construction noise started early in the morning. The spa was a very poor experience: more than half of the wellness area was switched off, and staff wouldn’t turn it on for us or explain why. They were rude, and we were made to leave the relaxation area before closing time. Breakfast was nowhere near worth the price, with a few overcooked croissants and very little else. After we explained what happened, management did nothing to make it right.

The views were spectacular, and the Wi-Fi was good. We used the gym and sauna every day during our week-long stay. The staff were lovely, and they even brought my girlfriend a bottle of champagne after hearing her birthday was coming up.
