Constantinou Bros Pioneer Beach Hotel

The food was superb, with an incredible range of cuisines and options, and every dish was cooked beautifully. At all-inclusive resorts, that level of quality can be hard to find. We especially enjoyed BBQ evening and the fire art show on the beach. Frozen watermelon, hot donuts and cold flannels by the pool were lovely little extras. Sukhi & Kaarki, the mixologists with the most, deserve a mention, as does the simply amazing Valia, who runs a tight ship with so much heart and enthusiasm. The staff and guests are happy thanks to her and all the hard work she puts in. We came home from the Pioneer Beach Hotel three weeks ago and miss it every day. Our father, a regular guest, brought us along, and now we completely understand why people keep coming back. From arrival, it felt like a home away from home. Staff welcomed us like family, remembered our favourite table, and often had our drinks being made before we ordered. There was always a genuine smile, and the whole team went the extra mile with warmth and care. You can tell they enjoy working there and take pride in getting to know their guests. It’s rare to feel so genuinely looked after. We can’t wait to return!

The rooftop bar was lovely at sunset, and we were impressed by the attention to detail in the activities and themes. We had the most relaxing week and will definitely come back. The hotel was wonderful, from the warm welcome to the great service. Nissan, one of the bar staff who looked after us during the day, deserves a thank you. The restaurant was outstanding, with a large selection of really tasty food. No complaints at all. Thank you everyone!

We were sorry we hadn't booked a longer stay, and we'd definitely return. The adults-only atmosphere made everything quiet in and around the hotel, and the staff were very friendly. I paid a little extra for a suite, and was glad I did because the views were stunning. The food was decent, as you'd expect from an all-inclusive, and the drinks were nice too. Loved everything about the hotel.

The place is in great condition and very well maintained. Everyone from housekeeping, the gardening team and spa to reception, the waiters, chefs and management gave honest, thoughtful help and wanted us to have a good experience. The service was excellent. This is a hotel I’d definitely want to return to.
