Sentido Cypria Bay by Leonardo Hotels

The hotel sits in a beautiful spot with amazing sea views. It was also very clean, and the bar staff were friendly and welcoming. The entertainment team were bright, jolly and approachable, and made a point of chatting with guests. Special mention to Chichi and Mimo. The food was warm but never quite hot, which is understandable to some extent with a buffet. The drink package felt limited unless you upgraded to platinum. When you’ve paid for all-inclusive, you’d expect a bit more variety. My one bad moment was with the porter while we waited to check out. My partner noticed a spider on the welcome table and tried to move it outside because it was crawling on one of the glasses. The porter came over abruptly, said the drinks were for arriving guests and directed him to the bar. My partner tried to explain, but the porter dismissed him.

Our daughter and new son-in-law had their wedding here, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Olena, the restaurant manager, and her team were amazing. The food was wonderful and there was lots of it. Olena, thank you for making my daughter’s day extra special. Every staff member did all they could for us. I’ll definitely be back.

We stayed as a family with two children aged 7 and 5, and a baby, and really enjoyed what the hotel had to offer. The pools were great fun, and food and drinks were available throughout the day. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

The guest relations team were exceptional every day. From the first day, the staff made us feel like we belonged, which is rare. We’ve travelled a lot, and this place stands apart. The all-inclusive food actually has flavor: fresh vegetables, great meats and a salad bar unlike any I’d seen before. Breakfast was outstanding. Most all-inclusives feel mediocre and much the same, but not this one. Standard drinks are solid. If you’re particular about spirits, the Platinum upgrade is worth it. Leonardo Cypria Bay is the real deal. Five stars, no hesitation.
