Hostel Maxim

Lots of shops and places to eat are nearby, and it’s about a 15-minute walk to the Kibhas airport bus and other buses. Check-in was quick, the owner was helpful and friendly, and I enjoyed meeting guests from all over. The kitchen had everything I needed, the place was very clean, the beds were comfy, and the shower was hot. Wi-Fi was strong, though it didn’t reach every room. December felt a little chilly. It’s a handy central base for day trips around Northern Cyprus, though Karpaz is too far away. I’d definitely stay again if I return to North Cyprus.

It’s clean and quiet, and close to the castle and bus stations. In my view, Maxim, you were bothering her and trying to touch her, as she told me. I didn’t match with her at all. The way you dealt with both her and me was strange and weird. You’re a good man, so don’t put yourself in such a humiliating situation. Don’t impose yourself on visitors. Be wiser.

The rooftop terrace was a nice feature, and Maxim, the owner, really tries to make guests feel welcome. It’s comfortable and close to the center, in a quiet neighborhood.

Everything is within walking distance, so the location is excellent. The place itself is impeccable, though I found the hostel owner not so easy to get along with.
