We walked into a room that reeked of mold. The bathroom bin contained used personal sexual items, which was completely unacceptable and made it clear the room hadn't been cleaned properly. The power sockets didn't work and weren't near the bed, so my husband couldn't use his breathing machine. A few days after we left, he developed a fungal lung infection. Draw your own conclusions... Absolutely disgusting experience. I would NEVER recommend this place. Cyprus tourism authorities should seriously shut it down.

The rooms are small, the breakfast very basic, and the views aren't the best. Still, this is an amazing chance to stay right in the center of Kakopetria without going broke. Prices are very affordable, and the service is polite and genuinely friendly. You can even enjoy a Greek coffee on the porch for just one euro. It may not be your dream hotel or the poshest place you've visited, but I liked the value.

From our fourth-floor balcony, we could see the whole village, an absolutely breathtaking view. The room was very clean and freshly renovated, which made the stay even more comfortable. The price was very affordable, and the owner was extremely hospitable and kind. He answered all our questions and recommended a great restaurant for dinner. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

We had a very bad experience. The owner was rude and complained when we told him our door was difficult to unlock and he came to open it. The electricity went out three times in less than 24 hours. Room staff entered without permission, even moving our personal things. Whenever we raised a complaint with the owner, he said there was nothing he could do and didn't seem to care.

The rooms smelled bad, the breakfast was poor, and the service was terrible. Room service would enter without permission, even while we were inside, and without knocking. The owner was extremely rude and controlling. I wouldn't recommend staying here, since there are plenty of better hotels nearby for the same price.
