The place felt cramped for our group of six. There were two beds for four people and a sofa for two, and the accommodation was smaller than we expected. The kitchen was small too, with no microwave and no oven despite one being advertised. Some things needed maintenance: door handles were broken, the fridge was noisy, and the heating kept switching off. There was just one bathroom and a small barbecue grill. The outdoor lights didn’t work, and hazardous cables hung from the ceiling. I’d suggest it for no more than four people, without kids, and nobody over 180 cm, so they don’t bump their heads on the shelves.

We’ve stayed here twice now and love the place, so we’ll be back. It’s a good size, has some stunning views, even through the shower window if you open the shutters, and sits in a beautiful, quiet location within a short drive of lots of amazing places. It has everything you need, including a washing machine, a fireplace with wood provided, and more wood you can buy so you don’t have to go out looking for it. There’s fast internet, a smart TV, and even an espresso machine. A must-stay, you won’t be disappointed.

A very nice, quiet, warm house with a fireplace and a barbecue. I’d visit again. There were a few minor kitchen cleanliness issues that could easily be improved. The fridge is a bit noisy, and the espresso machine portafilter handle needs fixing. Otherwise, I’d recommend it to anyone who loves snow and is planning to go skiing in Troodos, about 15 minutes away. There are two supermarkets in the centre of Kiperounta, about 8 minutes away.

The owner was quick to respond whenever we needed anything. We also found the location handy for reaching all the areas we wanted to visit. The apartment is small and cute, tucked into a very quiet spot with lots of greenery around. Our only issue was the sofa bed: it felt too small for our children, aged 8 and 11, and would suit younger kids or one adult better.

We had two bedrooms with double beds, plus a living room and kitchen together. It was a comfortable stay, and the hostess was pleasant. The place is conveniently close to Troodos and Mount Olympus. Just be aware that the living room sofa isn't suitable for sleeping.
