I had a really nice impression of Palmera. The spa stood out: the pool, Turkish hammam, sauna, and steam room were clean and well kept, and the massage felt professional and left me refreshed. The rooms were cozy and clean, with what you need for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping came regularly, and the whole place had a calm atmosphere. The restaurant was tasty too, with plenty of choice and friendly, attentive service. I'd come back to relax here.

My husband and I chose the Palmera Queen package, and the food helped make the day feel special. It was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The spa itself was immaculate and thoughtfully designed, with a calm, luxurious atmosphere that made it easy to switch off. Our therapists listened to what we needed and gave us wonderful massages. We both came away deeply relaxed and refreshed. It was a memorable, indulgent experience, and we'd recommend the package to couples or anyone wanting a treat. We'll be back.

The people here made the visit for me. Akinay greeted me so warmly at the front of house that I felt at home right away. The manager, Yilena, was just as lovely. Her kindness, professionalism, and care for both guests and staff made the whole place feel uplifting and relaxing. She's one of the best managers I've met. Taro and Tayo gave me amazing massages and hammam treatment. Their skill, attention, and energy made it deeply relaxing and rejuvenating, and I won't forget it. I left feeling renewed, like a new person inside and out. Palmera Wellness Spa in Lapta is a place where you feel valued and looked after. Highly recommended if you're in Lapta.

The massage was brilliant, relaxing, and professional. We paid €45 for a neck and shoulder massage, and I swapped the foot massage for a head massage. That price included access to the steam room, sauna, and swimming pool, and we used them all. Robes and dressing gowns were provided. The staff were polite, helpful, courteous, and consistently professional. The changing rooms were the main letdown. There's just one changing cubicle in the men's room, where guests leave their clothes. If it's occupied, you have to wait, then change with other people's belongings around you. For a place this size, the changing area is disappointing and needs attention. It's a clean, well equipped centre in beautiful, modern surroundings. Palmera is a good choice for a decent massage and a chance to relax in the facilities.
