For £4500 pw, we expected more from a 4 star place. The food was only ok, some staff were rude, and the bed was really uncomfortable. Towels and sheets were changed just twice a week, whatever condition they were in. Ours were black bright with three children, but when we complained, we were told they'd ask, though they doubted they could change them because laundry was only done twice a week. As we expected, they were never changed. We've stayed at a few holiday villages and were all disappointed here. I wouldn't recommend it unless someone won the holiday. Travel lodge is far superior.
8/10
A lovely resort for a holiday. I'd definitely recommend it.
4/10
Cockroaches everywhere, rude staff and cold food.
