Breakfast at the restaurant next door was excellent, and it’s easy to reach restaurants, shops, and a supermarket on foot. We stayed three days and really enjoyed the experience. The residence is right in the middle of Kiti, so you get a feel for village life and its daily rhythm. It’s a renovated traditional home, with plenty of character alongside modern comforts. Everything was clean, new, and well cared for.

The owner was kind and helpful, and I was very happy with my stay at Kiti Traditional Residences. It’s a comfortable, well-kept apartment with traditional decor that gives it a charming, distinctive feel. The place is peaceful, and getting to Larnaca Airport is easy. There’s parking on site, so bringing a car was no problem. Breakfast is available at nearby Jackson Gastro Cafe Bar, where the food was delicious. The breakfasts and the other dishes were both amazing. I’d gladly return, whether for a short getaway or a longer holiday, and definitely recommend staying here.

It’s thoughtfully maintained and pairs its traditional design with the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The layout and natural surroundings make it easy to slow down and appreciate the place. A lovely choice if you’re after a peaceful stay connected to local culture, nature, and simplicity.

Stylish and cozy, and a good fit for either a short visit or a longer stay. Breakfast is available for an extra 8€ per person as of November 2025. I’d definitely recommend it.
