On both of our visits to Cyprus, we’ve been lucky enough to stay in a villa at Aphrodite Hills. They’re spacious and beautiful, with the amenities you need and clean, modern bathrooms. Having our own pool was a big plus, and you can request heating for it. There’s plenty here for an active family, including a gym, tennis, padel and a lovely golf course. The site keeps getting updated and refreshed. There’s also a handy little supermarket with a bakery and coffee shop, plus a small pharmacy and an emergency medical center. David at the concierge desk is a star. We haven’t had any complaints, but he still checks in to make sure everything is meeting the high standard they maintain across the site. We hire a car whenever we visit Cyprus so we can get around, and there are car hire facilities on site if you didn’t arrange one beforehand. The location works well for us, about a 20-minute drive to Paphos harbor. We’re always sad to leave and start looking at booking the next trip before we go. I hope you and your family enjoy your time at this special resort.

A car makes this place much easier to get around. It’s set roughly halfway between Limassol and Paphos, so you can technically reach either city in about 30 minutes. There are apartments to suit different needs, from one-bedroom units up to a house. The views are beautiful, the location is convenient and the service is good. A nice place to visit in Cyprus.

The resort’s restaurants and golf course were top-notch, and the staff were attentive, friendly and always happy to help. Our stay at Aphrodite Hills Villas was seamless and truly luxurious, and we can’t wait to come back. The villa itself was spacious, beautifully designed and immaculately clean, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We loved the private pool and the stunning views.

The villa we rented was beautiful, but dealing with Elizabeth, who showed us around, made for a horrible stay. She berated us for supposedly arriving late, though we hadn’t, then spent over 20 minutes going through the local guidebook, something we could have read ourselves. When we asked about villa basics like wifi and hot water, she gave me attitude. The fuse blew, leaving us without hot water for showers for the whole trip, and she ignored our messages about it. She also gave us no useful checkout information, which made leaving very difficult. I wouldn’t recommend this rental company. Its employees aren’t competent.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable, and the setting was peaceful. Service overall was good, and the location suited a quiet getaway. But getting around requires a car, and our family accommodation request was handled badly. Despite one reservation and asking well in advance, we were placed in two villages more than a 10-minute walk apart. Staff and the manager did nothing about it, and didn’t even consider another arrangement or compensation. We were frustrated and explained how difficult that distance is for families with a baby. It left a sour note.
