Aphrodite Hills Rentals - Premium Serviced Apartments

This was our first stay, but we’re already sure we’ll return. The rooms were roomy and comfortable, with a relaxing view, and the staff were amazing. Yiota leads a team that takes a personal interest in guests. They kindly and professionally helped us with meal bookings, transport arrangements and whatever else we needed. I’d give it 100 out of 100. Absolutely excellent! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We spent a day at the Spa, and the treatments were first class in a really relaxing setting. We also hired a car for a couple of days, which let us see more of this fantastic island. The hotel itself was wonderful. The food was out of this world every day, and the polite, helpful staff couldn’t do enough for us.

The views from the hotel are lovely, and I’d try for a room looking over the golf course and sea. We arranged a hire car through the hotel, with EUROPCAR delivering it there. It was well worth it for exploring, and much cheaper than taxis. The TUI staff were fantastic, especially G, Jacob and Harry. They were energetic and so lovely, and the activities were great. Most of the hotel staff seemed grumpy, though. The two women in the carob lounge were an exception, especially Melina, who was lovely. The hotel was full, so everyone seemed pushed to their limit at times. Our room was nice and cleaned well each day, but it was quite small for a family. The hot tap water was close to scalding and probably needs attention. The pool, sunbed and towel arrangements didn’t feel like what you’d expect from a true 5 star hotel. It’s beyond annoying that people can get up early to reserve beds. The towel card system was irritating too, and we had a bad incident with Ben, the lifeguard, who accused our kids of lying. We don’t expect to be treated that way. The restaurant food was good. Book the à la carte options, they’re worth it and give you a break from buffet meals at breakfast and dinner. There were safety and maintenance problems around the activity pool. The floor handles and an uncapped filter caused cuts on our feet, and the kids got locked in the pool toilets several times. Those things need fixing.

I spent a December last year at Aphrodite Hills Hotel with a group of golfers, and would gladly return. The facilities were great and the atmosphere very pleasant. The reception team were kind and professional. A special thanks to Mr. Roman, the porter, who was exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. His attitude made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend the hotel.
