I’ve stayed with Alex several times, including for longer stretches, and he’s one of the kindest, most caring hosts I’ve met in all my travels. Whenever you need something, he does his best to help, and knows people around the city who can sort out what you need, often at a discount. The flat works especially well for a longer stay. It’s spacious for an inner-city place and fully equipped, and the neighborhood is convenient without being right in the busy center. You can walk to the city or finikoudes beach in a few minutes. There’s a RideNow car-sharing drop-off area on the street behind the building; Cosmos is a 10-minute walk away if you need a car for a few days. You can get a discount there by booking online with Alex‘s code. The rooftop pool is a lovely bonus. I’ve never had a problem with bugs, though ants can happen in Cyprus. It may depend a lot on how guests handle food and trash. If there’s an issue, or anything else to complain about, tell Alex. He’s fixed things for me almost straight away. I really recommend staying with him. Thanks, Alex, and I hope to see you soon!

Alex was a terrific host and helped us with everything. The apartment was comfortable, well maintained, and had all the appliances we needed.

The rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable, and parking was convenient. Alex Residence is in a great spot, just a short walk from the promenade. The owner was so kind and welcoming, which made the stay even better. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The loft had everything we needed, and we always had hot water for showers. The air conditioning was a real help when it was 37 celsius outside. It was relatively close to the beach and a discount supermarket too. Booking with Alex was the best owner-client communication I’ve had. He was willing to help us when our flights were canceled and rearrange our stay. I’ve always enjoyed Cyprus, but this visit really topped them all. We’ll definitely stay here again.
