The setting felt local and personal, rather than like impersonal accommodation, and we’d love to return. We spent 10 wonderful days here with our three children. Rita was extremely kind and attentive, and welcomed us with a lovely surprise that made the start of our stay special. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped, with everything we needed. It isn’t the most modern in style, but has an authentic, romantic Cypriot atmosphere. The private garden had stunning views in the morning and evening, even though you can’t see it directly from the living room. Having morning coffee on the beach in our pajamas was simply wonderful. The apartment was completely clean, we had no problems such as insects, and the heating air conditioners in the rooms kept things pleasant when the spring weather wasn’t great. It’s on the outskirts of the city, which generally makes for a quieter setting, though you can still feel the city’s lively pace and traffic nearby. That seems characteristic of the area as a whole, with its constant development and construction. The location also made a great starting point for exploring nearby places by car or on foot. We’re grateful for those 10 days and would happily recommend this friendly place to anyone looking for a special, intimate Cypriot getaway where it’s easy to relax and recharge.

Cockroach problem, so we left early and would never stay there again. We killed at least 10 cockroaches a day in all sizes, even after spraying bug spray everywhere. The apartment was crowded with stuff, which seemed to give them places to hide, and the main bedroom was worst. The bath was in very bad shape too, which probably didn’t help. We told the landlady, but they didn’t seem to care. They first offered a refund, then took it back and tried to blackmail us into leaving a positive review without mentioning the cockroaches. They also threatened to get a lawyer if we wrote an honest review.

Bad, bad, bad. This comment is real. The owner took our holiday money in advance. After COVID 19 made it impossible to travel abroad, we asked repeatedly for the money to be refunded. We were met with a rude, greedy and arrogant attitude. The reservation was for several families with children, and we’re all terribly disappointed. Zero stars.

I lost my money when the host took it during a force majeure situation. The attitude was awful, and this was the worst choice I could have made. Be very careful with your money and never pay this place in advance. I don't recommend it at all.

Our apartment has its own patio, plus access to a shared grassy lawn. The place is well equipped and very close to the shore. There are twelve apartments in the complex, though only a few are available to rent, and we're staying in one of those.
