City View Rooms

The kitchen sink was clogged, and washing machine water was draining into it. Instead of fixing the problem, someone unscrewed the siphon and cut the machine’s power cord. Now the only appliance left is the kettle. Guests paid for a place advertised with a coffee machine, microwave, iron, heating, and washing machine. There isn’t even a working washing machine, which is a basic necessity, and there’s never any hot water. Where are guests supposed to do their laundry now that the machine has been left broken?

I couldn’t stay even one night. The place was dirty, in an apparently abandoned building that smelled like cat pee. The sheets, towels, and floor were dirty, the bedside tables were broken, and the air conditioner only worked halfway. Then I spent a month trying to get my money back from both the property and Booking customer service. Each side said they were refunding me and were waiting for official confirmation from the other, but the money never came. The service from both the property and Booking was horrible, unforgettable, and untrustworthy. Do not go there.

The room and bathroom were a complete nightmare. The room was dirty, with torn blinds and a dirty desk. The ceiling was falling apart, the toilet overflowed, there was no water from the tap, and there was no hot water, so we couldn’t shower. The room we’d booked was occupied, so we waited an hour while they tried to sort it out. A girl came from inside but wouldn’t give us a key to another room. It looked nothing like the pictures. Don’t go there. Miserable.

We were given a dirty room and no alternative, so we found a hotel where we could sleep. We got no refund. Both Booking and this “host” should face consequences for how they handled the situation. Don’t stay here if you want to enjoy your time.
