The rooms are spacious for the price, newly built and clean, and the location is great. But we ran into quite a few missing basics. There were only three coffee cups in the kitchen, with no cutlery or drinking glasses, and nowhere to hang wet clothes to dry. The bathroom sink faucet was fitted wrong and splashed water around, slowly damaging the furniture. On our first night the outside door mechanism failed, so other hotel guests had to let us in. There was just one air-conditioning control for two rooms, and we had to call someone to replace its batteries. The corridor on our floor also stayed dark. It could be better.

Stay away. The rooms felt unsafe, smelled of sewage, and had roaches. The owner was passive-aggressive and seemed to blame guests for everything.

There were no kitchen facilities, and the shower room and toilet need repairs. The apartment itself was spacious and nice, with a good-sized balcony facing the square. It was close to local restaurants, the Marina, and other attractions.

The worst part for me was the bathroom at night. It was crawling with different insects, many of them unfamiliar to me, and my two traveling companions and I had to hunt them down every night. It was very stressful. There were no plates or dishes despite the stove, and not even one knife. We had just two mugs for three people. The room seemed tidy at first, but the area behind the bathroom door hadn't been cleaned at all. At least the sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable.
