Garden Flat by STAY BnB

The price was high and security was lacking, so I'd avoid this place. It was run down, the air conditioners were VERY old, and the side bedrooms had none. The TV only showed static, and staff couldn't fix it. I also had to clear a lot of hair from the shower drain before water would go down. With robberies increasing in the area, there wasn't even security lighting that came on with movement. On the third night of our 3 week stay, while we slept, someone came in through the apartment window and robbed us. We left because it felt unsafe. They said we'd get a partial refund if they could rent the place out again. They did, and the next guests had to fend off an attempted robbery on their first night. We never got any refund, partial or otherwise. I wonder how many of the glowing reviews are real. Don't bother.
