The noise and dust from the street works made this building feel neither safe nor suitable for a quiet stay. There were bulldozers, trucks and other machines right outside, with no clear safe walking route through the chaotic work area. Getting in with larger luggage was difficult, and after less than an hour of trying to sort things out, I had breathing problems that are still bothering me. I booked on 17.7.2025 and wasn’t told about the large-scale reconstruction beforehand. Had I known how extensive it was, I’d have booked somewhere else. The accommodation itself might be fine under different conditions, but these circumstances seriously affected the stay. I refused the rooms straight away and didn’t use them, yet the manager, through a kind but burnt-out receptionist, wouldn’t refund the 257 euros paid for four nights. I’ll continue pursuing this with booking.com. I absolutely don’t recommend it.

The staff were so attentive and did everything they could for us. The room was modern and had everything we needed, including a great bed and all the entertainment we could ask for. I’d definitely recommend these hotel apartments if you want to stay in central Larnaca.

We had a really lovely stay, and the host was always available, whether we needed help getting around or wanted something booked. The staff were super helpful too. There is construction on the surrounding streets, but that’s outside the host’s control. They’re doing their best to make it less of a bother, even providing complimentary earplugs. Work doesn’t happen in the evenings, at night, or on weekends.

We found the room clean and tidy, with the amenities we needed, and the hotel is in a fairly good spot if you want to stay in Larnaca. But we had a serious problem with the kitchen sink: while we were using it, the hot water pipe burst and flooded about half the hallway in our room. We called for help right away, but nobody picked up. There was no one at reception when we went down either, so we had to find the cleaning staff on another floor. One of my friends was burned by the hot water. We were told they had burn cream and would bring some, but it never came. Apart from that incident, everything was fine.
