KATKA Hostel

The hostel was a happy, fun place to stay, and I even met people to travel around Cyprus with. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was affordable. Markets and kiosks are close by, with everything within walking distance. There’s a kitchen for making your own food and plenty of storage. In the living room, you can hang out with other travellers or use the work area, and there are enough spots and adapters to charge phones and laptops. Guitarists can play there too. Rooms and shared areas were cleaned every day, and they supplied clean slippers and towels. Sometimes there was fruit on the kitchen table, plus fresh water, coffee, and tea. Thanks so much for everything!

I wouldn’t recommend this hostel. The beds were awful and uncomfortable, it’s far from the sea and bus stop, and there’s only one bathroom and toilet, without toilet paper. There was no drinking water, and the staff didn’t seem interested. I couldn’t tell them anything because they seemed to sleep all the time.

There’s a big lake with pink flamingos and Anien Kition not far from KATKA. The hostel itself is cosy and comfortable, with all the needed facilities. Stepping into the apartment gave me the feeling of returning to childhood. I absolutely recommend visiting KATKA hostel in Larnaca!

KATKA Hostel is a good choice for travellers on a low budget. The staff are super friendly, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished.
