Lazuli Beach Apartment 209

I’d advise booking somewhere else. During my stay at one of Lazuli's apartments, there was no water at all, hot or cold. I couldn’t shower, wash my hands or flush the toilet. I told management right away, but their response was slow and dismissive. The issue wasn’t resolved until the next day, despite repeated complaints. They keep saying this happens all the time, but gave no clear idea when someone would come to fix it. The staff were rude, indifferent and unhelpful, with no urgency or empathy about the problem. The room was poorly maintained, and the door, room and flat felt unsafe. The lack of basic water and support made the stay extremely unpleasant and stressful. Rating: 1/5.

The apartment was pleasant and well equipped, and the location, view and price were all great.

I came back to stay in this beautiful Lazuli apartment twice while I was in Larnaca. It was newly renovated, and I think I may have been one of its first guests. The bed was so comfortable, and the place was very clean both times. They also left complimentary wine, which I appreciated.

Stadem court is right on piagle pasa street, with a lovely coffee shop, bar and gelato place downstairs. The coffee and food were great, and you get a nice view. The beach is right at the doorstep. The sand isn’t the best, but it’s pretty decent. The apartment is halfway between mackenzi and finikoudes, about 10 minutes’ walk to each, and Larnaca international airport is 14 minutes away by bus. Bus 425 or 429 costs 1.5€ a ticket. Katy, the Lazuli apartments host, was really great. She let us check in early at 3:00 am without charging an extra night, and we also got a bottle of wine as a gift. The apartment was newly renovated and had basically everything you’d need at home, including towels, beach towels, air conditioning, an iron, high speed wifi and cable TV, though we didn’t turn it on. The bed was really comfortable, and the terrace was a lovely spot for a sunset apéro, even though you can’t actually see the sunset from the room. The price for the quality was really good, and we’d recommend it for short or long stays. We even got a discount voucher for next time.
