Levante Boutique Apartments

The hosts were so welcoming and pleasant, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. It was spacious, spotless, and beautifully looked after. The beach and cafés in Foinikoudes are only a short walk away. One of my best stays!

The main concern for us was the building’s security setup. There’s no receptionist on site, entry relies on one keypad with code numbers that are visibly worn, and the code doesn’t seem to have been changed in a long time. Inside the lobby, room keys sit in a box anyone can reach. It’s easy to imagine someone getting into the building and taking a room key. Changing the code regularly and securing the key storage would be simple ways to address this. This is a concern about the setup and perception, not a specific incident. The people running Levante Boutique Apartments were kind, helpful, and trustworthy, and we appreciated their superb service. The apartments were well appointed and impeccably clean, with air conditioning that worked flawlessly. Some rooms are compact, about the size of a standard hotel room, and views vary quite a bit between units, so keep that in mind when booking. We’ve written hundreds of reviews across five continents and are among Google’s highest level of reviewers, ranked above more than 90% of reviewers. We loved the room and balcony, and the place was lovely, quiet, and close to everything. We managed to do a lot in just a few days before heading to coral bay next week. Check in and check out were easy, and the staff were friendly. The only downside was the kitchen didn’t quite match the “fully equipped” description: there was no dishwasher or oven, and it would have been nice to have salt and pepper instead of needing to buy them ourselves.

Great location, with spacious, nice apartments. The design is modern, and everything was clean and well maintained. Internet was okay.
