The cafe downstairs was a real treat, with delicious food. I especially recommend the egg white omelet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were stylish, spacious, and had amazing views straight out to the ocean. The location is ideal. For me, this is the best hotel in Cyprus, not just Larnaca, and I can’t recommend it enough.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom at 23:30 while I was barefoot, which was a nasty surprise. The solar water heater also meant there wasn’t much hot water when it was cloudy or raining. For similar pricing, I could have stayed at a five-star hotel about 15 minutes away with a similar room. I won’t make that mistake again.

It has a homey feel, and I’d recommend it to anyone. The view is unmatched, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean and stylish, with a luxurious feel that wasn’t over the top.

LIV is our favourite place to stay in Larnaca! The apartments are spacious and have everything you might need, and the staff are welcoming and accommodating. It’s right across from the beach and a short distance from the airport. The cafe is a lovely extra, with fresh produce and great healthy breakfast options.

They replenish the Nespresso pods, tea, coffee, and even the fresh bottled water every day, along with cleaning the rooms to a high standard. Our suite was immaculate, nicely laid out, and had a beautiful beach view. The service was professional, warm, and genuinely friendly throughout. I’ve recommended Liv to anyone asking about apartments in Larnaca, and I’ll definitely return.
