Our group didn't have enough beds in the alternative apartment Anastasia offered us. The host may rent the apartment to someone else, offer a different one, or even cancel your reservation, so I don't think you can rely on her.

We stayed in October 2019, and Anastasia arrived four hours late after forgetting we were coming. The house was dirty and had mold on the walls. The roof leaked, and the washing machine, electric stove, and upstairs toilet weren't working. She didn't resolve any of the many problems. Instead, she seemed focused on selling us excursions. Dogs ran around the grounds and barked at night. They jumped on the children, who were afraid to go outside. Anastasia has several villas in this complex, so be careful when booking. We don't recommend them. We lost 800 euros after Anastasia and her handyman arrived. Be careful.
