Must Stay - Evripidou Holiday Flats

Room104 is nice in itself, but the bathroom was a disaster, with dirt, mold, and a bad smell everywhere. The kitchen had little equipment and was very dirty, and the bed had an old mattress that made weird noises. You'd need at least three hours of cleaning. The whole building also had a strange smell. I wrote to the owner about the apartment and he said the dirt was ours, that we had to clean it, and that we should have chosen a hotel nearby. That's why I'm giving it 1 star. I'm allergic to mold and dust, so thank you for my breathing problems. I'll send photos for you to consider. I know the flat is cheap, but I'd pay more to feel safe.

This was my second stay. I came alone last year, and this time returned with my girlfriend. The owner stays in close contact if you need anything or have questions. We were fully satisfied with the accommodation. It's very calm and quiet, and you can reach all the places by bus. I'd recommend it!

My family and I were attacked out of the blue by another guest when we arrived. He was furious because we'd rung the bell to ask how to get the keys. We went to the police station the next day, and two policemen came to inspect the place straight away. When I asked the owner to refund the full amount I'd paid in advance, he refused. You can draw your own conclusion about the people running this business.

We left the apartment a few days ago and got a bill of 90 euros for one month's water and electricity, even though I never used the A/C or boiler. There were ants all over the house, rainwater came through the ceiling and was never fixed, and the internet was painfully slow and didn't reach half the apartment. They kept the deposit too. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
