The owner was responsive when we raised the noise problem and agreed to move us to a unit facing the backyard. That apartment was much quieter and was a good place to stay. Our first unit, though, wasn't really the full apartment described in the listing. It was one room with a small entry area and a few kitchen counters. The furniture was old, mismatched, and worn, and the kitchen felt like disconnected pieces rather than a proper setup. It came across as makeshift and unfinished. The windows were the biggest problem. They were shop display windows, not residential ones, so there was almost no sound insulation. With heavy traffic outside, it felt as if there were no windows, and sleeping or resting was nearly impossible. We asked if we could switch to a backyard-facing apartment to get away from the road. The first apartment had been misleadingly advertised and wasn't suitable, but the owner's willingness to sort it out deserves credit.

The apartment was very clean and had good equipment, and the owner was polite and helpful. It's close to the beach, cafes, and other amenities. My only issue was the lack of a washing machine, which is why I gave it four stars instead of five.

The owner was so humble and helpful, and there's a lovely coffee shop here. I loved the apartment, it was beautiful, clean, and had everything you need and more. It's right by the beach and airport. I'd give it 10 stars and will definitely come back.

The accommodation itself was good, but the owner called us scammers because we booked for two adults instead of two adults and two children. We explained we would all use the same room and wouldn't ask for extra facilities for the children. We said we'd pay if he asked, and we did pay what he wanted at the property. It was still really bad of him to say that to us.

Niko left us clean towels and was great with recommendations and help arranging our taxi. The apartments have been renovated recently, and ours was spacious and accommodating. It's a great spot for the price, without spending a fortune. The supermarket, bus stop, beach, marina, and city center are all within walking distance. In my opinion, it's one of the best places to stay.
