The apartment was clean, the balcony was spacious, and we even got a larger room at no extra cost. The staff were really helpful, too. We had no firm sightseeing plans in Cyprus, so they gave us tips and printed the bus timetables for Ayia Napa and Pafos. The apartments are lovely, right by the beach. Thanks so much for a really nice holiday!

The beds and lounge furniture were very uncomfortable, and you have to switch the hot water on ahead of time. Still, it’s worth staying here. The apartments are spacious, with two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchenette. The standard could be a bit better, though it’s reasonable for the price. The location is perfect, right on the promenade and beach. If you book a room, get a sea view. Having breakfast on the balcony with the palm trees, beach, and bay in sight is fantastic.

The room is rated two stars, so I can’t complain about that. But there’s no hot water after 4 PM, the owner doesn’t respond, reception is never staffed, and there’s no help. Other guests have said there’s no hope, and I can see why. Good thing we’re only here for three nights. Anex Tour, remove this hotel from your database!
