Radisson Beach Resort Larnaca

The sea view doesn't disappoint, and the restaurant works well whatever the weather. My family and I have visited on public holidays for its buffet, which is open to non-guests, and we've enjoyed both breakfast and lunch each time. There's a wide selection of fresh, creative treats, and the food has always been great. Breakfast is especially good for its traditional section, with lots of typical Cypriot delicacies, carefully sourced or prepared with care. The restaurant is accessible for families with strollers and disabled visitors, and the service is outstanding: waiters and chefs greet every table.

The location was really convenient, with a bus stop, small shop, and café right beside the hotel, making trips to the airport or city center easy. The room view was mesmerizing, so I'd recommend booking one with a sea view. The food was amazing, every meal a treat, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and strong shower water. The reception staff were impeccable and went out of their way to help. I forgot my socket adapter, and they kindly lent me one for the stay. Everything about my stay was perfect, and I'd definitely return for another great Radisson experience.

Dinner made the evening especially memorable. Every dish tasted delicious and was beautifully presented. We stayed for Valentine's Day, and the room had been prepared beautifully for the occasion. It was comfortable and amazing, too. The staff were welcoming, thoughtful, and attentive throughout. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and we couldn't have asked for more. Such a warm, happy stay from start to finish. Everything was outstanding, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was nice, but the rest of the stay felt like one star, nowhere near five. The room toilet is separated only by a glass door, and the front of the hotel looks like the poorest area in the world. The photos used to sell the hotel should be accurate, not photoshopped. The beach was very muddy. The indoor pool closes at 7 pm, and we weren't even allowed to talk because someone nearby was getting a massage. There was no sauna, hot tub, or steam room. The outdoor pool water was cold, so we couldn't enjoy that either. The nightclub Kokomo opposite the hotel played loud music until 2 or 3 am. When we asked about changing rooms or moving to a higher floor, the answer was simply that they could give us earplugs. No employee or manager tried to compensate us or explain anything. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, with a bad beach and no amenities. Guests should be told about the indoor pool restrictions when it's advertised. Better guest service might make it suitable for conferences, but not an enjoyable stay. I've stayed at many Radissons around the world, and this one was truly disappointing. Radisson, I think we're done for good. You've lost a group of people who were loyal friends and clients. After this experience, word will spread, and I hope it helps others.
