Roseum Boutique Hotel

The staff were very helpful when I found a double payment recently, and they sorted it out within minutes. I had a great stay, too, with a room AC that was much appreciated in the July heat. I’ll be back.

The parking was awkward. There were only a few spaces in front, and I had to enter via a road marked no entry because there wasn’t another way in. The hotel itself was nice, and I don’t regret staying, though next time I’d probably pick somewhere nearer the water. My room was large and clean, with a balcony I used in the morning. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the marina. There was a view to speak of.

The only upside was being close to the beach. The neighborhood was very noisy, and the units didn’t block sound well. Inside, the wall had stains, there was no shower curtain, the AC was broken, and the hallway light kept blinking. The property clearly isn’t maintained well.

I loved having such a spacious, clean room, and the breakfast was reaaally good :-) The team were kind, sweet and funny. I arrived alone at night, but Larnaka and the area around the hotel felt really safe. I’d totally come back!
