The view was breathtaking, and I loved walking along the beach. I also hired a bicycle for cycling and early morning walks. Restaurants were nearby, the main road was easy to reach, and the location was still peaceful and quiet. It was convenient being close to the airport too. The apartment was perfectly clean, and the hosts welcomed me, answered my questions quickly, and went out of their way to meet my requests. I had an amazing stay and would definitely return. Bonus points to the property for taking care of the cats, feeding them, and giving them homes.

The construction noise and dust made this stay unbearable. Work was going on in the building and nearby, and the neighboring flat was being renovated too, so I couldn’t stay in the flat during the day and early afternoon. I had to leave earlier than planned because the flat was so uncomfortable in the colder weather. The air conditioning was very noisy, the floor was freezing underfoot, and the old, heavily used blanket barely kept me warm. I was disappointed that the owner wouldn’t refund the unused nights. I’d advise anyone considering this Larnaca flat to be careful, particularly in cold weather. In its current condition, it isn’t suitable for colder months, and the construction severely affected the stay. The owner’s refusal to offer a refund was concerning. A terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The flat needs significant improvements before it can host guests comfortably in colder seasons.

The view from the window is the best part. The apartment could use a little freshening up, especially since the bathroom ceiling is falling apart. It has a refrigerator, air conditioner, stove, hot water, iron, and dryer. There was no salt and only a little oil.
